The poet’s attempt to return to online connection has run into a sales lady who lied to her about the price of this device, her activation fee for it, the nature of her account, her monthly fee and the manner in which it is processed.
Her carrier has registered the situation. The phone will be factory reset and returned. The poet will be without any of the benefits of online connection save those available at the public libraries — including, without a verification device, her email and WordPress access — until further notice.
